Due to some unforeseen circumstance, a customer must make a claims request. When they click on a link in their booking confirmation, they are taken to a pre-populated form that requires minimal additional information, which allows them to get their claims processed automatically. Using the platform, they can upload supporting documents that demonstrate why they must make the claims, taking no more than 5 minutes and in over 20 languages.

AI Claims Handling

Claims are processed by our Artificial Intelligence and are automatically credited to the customer’s bank account within 90 working days. In cases where human interaction is necessary, we will reach out to the customer directly to resolve the claim request through our team of Customer Experience experts located around the globe.
